Hello, my name is Lucy, I am a person centred therapist and have experience in helping people who have faced difficulties including, low self-worth/self-esteem, anxiety, loss, stress, lack of trust, grief, anger, relationship issues and conflict, work related problems, low mood, depression, but this list is not exhaustive.
I am committed to offering you a safe and supportive environment which enables us to explore your personal difficulties. We will work together at your pace, taking gentle steps, finding a way forward. You will experience a confidential and empathic service, free from judgement so that we can explore what is happening and help you work towards personal growth and change.
Alongside my experience counselling adults, I have ten years’ experience working in secondary school, some of which involves offering guidance and support to young people.
As a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists I abide by the professional standards set out in the BACP Ethical Framework for Counsellors and Psychotherapists and can provide both short-term and long-term counselling to individuals including evening and weekend appointments.
Hello, I am Liz I’m a qualified Person-centred Psychotherapeutic Counsellor based in North Birmingham I am a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and work within their Ethical Framework.

Our work together is non-directive, free from judgement and we work at a pace that suits you. As our work together is confidential it offers a safe place to share your inner thoughts and feelings that may have been hidden away. This time can be used to explore life patterns and find a new way ahead.
I have experience working with adults and young people with a wide range of difficulties and issues which impact upon their everyday lives, including but not limited to: bereavement, anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, bullying, emotional and physical abuse, past childhood issues. I can provide both short-term and long term counselling to individuals and can offer evening and weekend appointments.
